Julie-Anne Selvey

Julie-Anne Selvey is a Legal and Operations Consultant with more than fifteen years of experience building and scaling the legal and operational infrastructure of growth-stage companies. She has held in-house leadership roles across technology, SaaS, fintech, and digital assets, advising organizations including Warner Music Group, IAC, Yuga Labs, and Blackbaud.
She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the Franklin Pierce Law Center, and has completed additional executive education programs at Harvard and Cornell.
Julie-Anne relocated to Charleston from New York City, where she was an active supporter of the Metropolitan Opera. Opera runs in the family: both of her parents were professional opera singers and professors of music, and she grew up immersed in the art form. A committed advocate for the arts, she is eager to bring her legal and operational expertise to the Charleston Opera Theater Board.
