Margaret Levin

Marketing & Media Coordinator

Margaret Levin serves as the Marketing & Media Coordinator for Charleston Opera Theater, overseeing social media, communications, and audience engagement. Passionate about arts accessibility, she is committed to making opera meaningful and welcoming for people of all ages and backgrounds.


Ms. Levin brings a creative, yet strategic, storytelling-driven approach to audience engagement, shaped by her background in artistic marketing and theatrical performance. She earned graduate degrees in Shakespeare & Performance (MLitt, MFA) from Mary Baldwin University, where she also taught and assisted undergraduate and graduate courses.


She previously led publicity and marketing for Streetlight Shakespeare Ensemble, expanding the organization’s brand and reach. Ms. Levin is dedicated to enriching the Lowcountry arts community through impactful experiences.
