Eugene Massamillo

Board Member

Gene Massamillo is a retired New York-based aviation trial attorney. He has acted as outside General Counsel to a major international European air carrier for over 34 years, and similarly represented a variety of other aviation-related entities, including aircraft and helicopter manufacturers, component part manufacturers, pilots, fixed-base operators, ground handlers and airports. He started his career as a narcotics prosecutor in New York City and taught Aviation Law at the Charleston School of Law for several years. He is Vice-President of the Dante Alighieri Society of Charleston, former President of the Nuovo Cinema Italiano Film Festival and a former Board member of the Charleston Literary Festival. Gene also sat for many years of the Advisory Board of the School of Languages, Cultures and World Affairs of the College of Charleston.
